Wenzel Coaching offers three levels of monthly training programs in addition to hourly consultation and skills/lessons, bike fitting, nutrition programs and mental training. All levels of monthly training programs have include a calendar of workouts and exercise descriptions d consultation time for everything from talking over your events and training, to riding together or working on skills.

Wenzel Coaching athletes may switch between the levels of programs as needed. Athletes using consultation services simply pay by the minute for the time they use. The type of plan you choose would depend on the amount of detail and specificity to your schedule, goals, available training time, and personal needs.

WENZEL COACHING TRAINING PHILOSOPHY
Wenzel Coaching training philosophy is a blend of experience and exercise science helping you reach your goals while teaching you to monitor your body. We vary the exercises as much as possible to keep the training interesting while staying true to what we believe will best benefit you as an athlete. Your interaction with your personal coach is an important part of the program. The training recommended for you will take into account your experience, your current level of fitness, how much you have trained this year and in the past, what kind of events you may be planning for future, along with a number of other aspects, which we would interview you about at sign-up.
